Manager - Recruitment - BPO (7-9 yrs)

Reporting to : Senior Manager/Head

Management of : Assistant Manager(s)

Role Objective :

To manage the recruitment function for the assigned business lines or functions, manage internal and external stakeholders, manage and develop the team of Assistant Managers, Executives and Senior Executives and drive special projects in recruitment.


Professional Know-how :

Academic: MBA + Graduation

Experience :

- At least 7 years in HR with 3 years in recruitment

- Experience in the BPO sector is preferred

- Vendors (Recruitment consultants, Skills assessment agencies)

- Prospective candidates

Primary Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with business lines, functions and clients (in the UK) to develop and customize recruitment strategies

- Manage recruitment activity for the assigned business lines, functions through review and establishment of appropriate processes, controls and checks to meet hiring targets on-time

- Manage internal relationships, advising business lines and functions on recruitment responsibilities, policies and process updates

- Finalize skills assessments along with external agencies, drive employee referral schemes, hiring quality audits, budget and process compliance and other special projects

- Coordinate with training on calibration of managers for recruitment

- Screen candidates for Manager, Senior Manager or equivalent roles; ensure Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) across all levels as per the plan within budgeted cost.

- Identify and select vendors (recruitment consultants, skills assessment agencies)

- Drive recruitment analytics (trends, attrition root-cause, hire quality, agency performance) and provide MI inputs for business ramp up, migration and bid plans

- Coach, guide and support team to achieve individual, team and department objectives.

- Drive branding initiatives to position Company as an employer of choice in India.

- Has responsibility for more than one aspect of business unit performance, e.g. profit, sales, cost management, customer service levels etc. May be a cost centre manager. Will have client relationship management responsibilities and managerial responsibility for a team.

- Champions TCF in area ensuring built into relevant communications and activities.

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) & Pune (Kalyani Nagar)


Shift : 11 am - 8 pm, Mon to Fri (occasional stretch as per hiring needs required)
