Manager - Recruitment - BPO (7-10 yrs)
Manager Talent Acquisition (Mid Senior Level) to be hired for a reputed BPO in Gurgaon having over 1 lacs employees spread across 30+ countries. Key responsibilities include Site Overall Talent Delivery, Vendor Management, New Vendor Development, Internal stakeholder management and Recruiter performance management (including targets, team growth, retention, compliance & scorecard management)
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities :
- Lead a team responsible for execution of hiring and sourcing frontline / voice talent.
- Responsible for recruitment of over 2500 voice / non voice resources through direct n indirect channels
- Evaluates external labor market conditions, analyze hiring trends, turnover rates etc for strategic business decisions.
- Responsible for analyzing data to identify gaps and trends within recruiting metrics to measure team productivity, and program ROI
- Assist in developing strategy to souce talent from various resources - vendors, internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges etc.
- Partner with HR and Compensation to share market trend knowledge and develop cross-functional strategy to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company image is maintained
Salary Offered : 12-16 LPA
