Manager - HR Recruitment (Alternate Channels).

Shift Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Gender Preference: Male / Female

Education Qualification: Graduate / PG form TOp Institute like XLRI/TISS/SP Jain etc

Experience required: Minimum 1-2 years of an Assistant Manager recruitment on paper/ Min. 2 Years of experience as a TL - HR Recruitment can on paper can apply

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong experience in BPO Bulk Hiring

- Have Domestic / International BPO Hiring Experience

- Strong stakeholder management

- Alternate Channels (Campus, walkin, portal, social media &Employee referral.

- Client co-ordination

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
