Job Responsibilities:

- Meeting Individual and Team targets and maintaining high profitability by delivering quality candidates for the open mandates.

- Ensure understanding of the requirements and positions by the delivery team and ensure delivery is done.

- Motivating, managing, training and retaining team.

- Develop new client as and when required

- Meet various HR Heads and Talent Acquisition Heads / Decision making authorities to convince them of our delivery Capabilities.

- Ensure that Client-wise and overall revenue Targets are met.

- Keep in regular touch with all the Clients on a regular Basis and help the Consultants to get timely feedback / Closures and ensure that Service Levels are met. Mining of accounts to ensure we are their preferred vendor at all times.

- Develop STRONG Relationship with clients and ensure that assignments are given on an Exclusive Basis.

- Network with Various HR professionals through the Professional Networking Sites.
