Manager - Recruitment - BFSI (5-10 yrs)

The Talent Acquisition Manager would work closely with the India HR team. He/ she would have a great exposure to hiring practices and methods in India and the US.

The ideal candidate would have 5 - 10 years of recruitment experience in a Financial Services organization. Experience in IT hiring would be an added asset.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all positions are closed within agreed upon timelines and candidates are engaged during and after the offer rollout

- Bringing in process improvements and greater use of technology to improve recruiting procedures

- Supervising the recruiting team and monitoring performance

- Organising Recruitment Events and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the right candidates are hired for the right position

- Networking with other employers, employees and key stakeholders such as ICAI, Accounting and Management Schools and managing relationships with outside Recruiting Vendors

- Forecasting and planning for future hiring needs and building a strong pipeline

- Monitoring the hiring trends of competitors and using this to pitch opportunities

- Proactively mapping for key job families directly and collaborating with the business to define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet current and future requirements

- Speaking with candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining a database of potential candidates

- Rolling out offer letters and taking care of joining formalities.Having regular touchpoints with potential employees

- Ensuring candidates have a great on-boarding & orientation experience. Ensuring appropriate Buddy assignment, Buddy training, first impressions and functional level induction

- Monitoring the recruiting metrics and sharing with key stakeholders on a regular basis

- Coordinating with Operations and Client Service teams to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience

- Ensuring Workday input and accurate data management for existing resources and new hires

- Performing additional HR related tasks for other global locations as may be delegated

- Assist India Leadership team in implementing firm wide policies and monitoring adherence to policies laid out in India Employee Handbook and Employment Agreements
