Manager - Recruitment - BFS

Role: Manager Recruitment ( for staff recruitment)

Location : Chennai (Ambattur)

Job Requirement :

- People from manufacturing background ONLY should apply; from Auto industry preferred

- The role requires recruiting 250 people in a year

- Good Exposure to Psychometric tools critical

- Good understanding of applicant tracking system preferred; however not mandatory, can be trained

- Interview skill certification preferred though not mandatory; however good assessment skills critical

- The role is into staff recruitments

Reporting to: Head HR

Team Size: 4

Education: BE along with MBA (HR); MSW (HR); MA(HRM)
