- Responsible for team performance taking daily report about work, profile submission numbers
- Successfully managing a team of 20-25 recruiters, ranging from one year to six years experience
- Responsible for cost effective hiring and maximizing the overall team performance
- Helping and Mentoring newly joined recruiters to make them understand recruitment processes, client domain, client expectation; also help them in recruiting for tough to find candidates.
- Empowering team, setting the right expectations for the team in align with organizational and project goals
- Reported statistics on recruitments, unfulfilled requirement, client submittals, and End client interviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for Interviewing & hiring recruiters
- Responsible for Appraisals and Leave approval of team member
