JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the gamut of recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and induction, market research, looking for alternate channels of sourcing, negotiating and rolling out the offers, keeping a track of the headcount, submitting the reports etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Managing the recruitment process (mass and individual). Own delivery and candidate management for senior positions. 2. Maintaining the balance of internal &amp; external sources in order to optimize costs 3. Understanding the various business requirements and managing it 4. Screening / Short listing of resumes &amp; Conducting Interviews. 5. Doing follow up with the short listed candidates w.r.t. CTC negotiation, joining date etc. 6. Managing Pre-Joining / Joining formalities and documentation 7. Closing positions within the defined turnaround time and as per defined requirements. Maintaining good offer to joining ratio 8. Ensure timely induction and quality recruitment experience 9. Handle the complete life cycle of an employee in the organization 10. Conducts research and prepare a variety of reports and statistics with respect in terms of market level salary, job descriptions etc 11. Design, implement and improve a comprehensive induction plan 12. Assist in the designing of an elaborate compensation plan across levels 13. Designing the job descriptions at various levels. 14. Should have worked in a Bank or a firm that specializes in hiring for the Banking and Financial Services Domain
