Manager - Recruitment & Operations - GCC/RPO

Description:

Must-Have Requirements:

- Overall experience: 1214 years (1 year acceptable for high-potential candidates)

- Strong experience in both Recruitment & Operations (only recruitment experience will not be sufficient)

- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint

- Background in IT hiring (US IT staffing experience is highly preferred)

- Proven front-end client and stakeholder management experience

- Willingness to work 3 days/week from office (Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore)

- Excellent communication and articulation skills

- Minimum 5 years of people/team management experience

Preferred Profile:

- Strong academic background from reputed schools/colleges in Bangalore

- Experience working in GCC setups or RPO environments (12 years preferred)

Role Details:

- Scale of hiring: 80150 positions across multiple clients

- Role type: Team Manager managing recruiters and coordinators

- Reporting to: Associate Director (AD)
