Manager - Record to Reporting - German Language - BPO

Experienced & proficient professional in a mainly individual contributor role (may have supervisory responsibilities) with end to end responsibility for all operations of a segment/multiple segments of a process. Accountable for all Business Service Delivery metrics and improvements.

- Responsible for Opex, Capex, Retail, Revenue & Margin Accounting, HFM accounting, statutory accounting, Controller ship.

- Responsible for book forecasting and budgeting

- Responsible for quality compliant and timely balance sheet reconciliations

- Bad debt reporting and analysis

- Finalization of accounts and ensuring compliance to disclosure requirements.

- Involves accounting, month-end close, variance analysis, management/financial reporting, accounting impact analysis, decision support, accounting standard interpretation and adherence to applicable controls & compliances such as SOX etc.

Preparation of adjustment entries for converting IFRS TB into local GAAP TB for multiple GAAP entities across Europe.

Coordinating with statutory audits for the completion of statutory audit and signing of financial statements by filing date

(i) All statutory and management accounts are finalised on timely basis to ensure the same is ready for audit and directors sign offs.

(ii) Ensuring 100% SOX compliance for respective processes.

(iii) Meet 80% aspiration of KPI(s).

(iv) Ensuring statutory audit for multiple entities is completed and financial statements prepared under local GAAPs by accounts filing date

(v) End to end responsibility for all operations of a segment/ multiple segments of a process with supervisory responsibilities in some instances

(vi)Variance analysis, management/financial reporting,

Ability to navigate large amount of information, deep dive into details, perform insightful & informed analysis. Support compliance with SOX requirements. Support audit of statutory entities. Provide reports on time to facilitate quick and accurate decisions by the senior finance leadership & auditors.
