With hundreds of acres of existing land bank, for this ambitious project, they are looking at someone who can work with top management and will be responsible for : - Financial feasibility, due diligence of commercial space / business parks; preparation of financial models and business plan to support new investment recommendation. - Project Feasibility Study for Real Estate projects along with detailed Business Plan - Evaluate and presenting real estate investment opportunities to top management. - Preparing Information Memorandum/Proposal Note for the Management and board - Evaluating scenarios to structure deals for optimizing returns - Assisting the Due-diligence process. - Assisting in negotiations and closure of identified developments and acquisitions upon approval of management.
