Title : Manager - Real Estate Expansion Location : Bangalore Experience : 12 plus years - To understand business in different cities and plan sourcing of sites through developers, landlords, direct links, references, channel partners etc for future expansions. - Meeting and managing Landlords, Developers, Investors, Brokers for commercial negotiations for the property located and closing the transactions for the company. - Handle and develop network for local brokers and IPC's. - Conducting feasibility check of the property to make sure company engages in clean transactions. - Conduct financial analysis of properties considering companies parameters, negotiate with landlords, developers, brokers for commercial closure. - Working closely with Business Development Team & Sales team to understand their client requirements and providing them the best solution. - Working closely with Projects team for the fit outs work related work at the new site acquired.
