Manager - Real-Estate/Capital-Project/ Transactions

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, oversight and delivery of projects throughout the full life cycle of project activity within our India system. You will work closely with India Ops Director and provide domain expertise on real estate transactions as well as capital projects. You will also team with additional members of Global Real Estate (GRE), Workplace Technology to build a team of internal and external vendors to execute our projects. The successful candidate will handle the transaction phase as well as the capital project phase. There are three prevalent project types: Expansion, Relocation or Renovation.

The candidate will act as a thought partner and subject matter expert to define and merge interest into a single design solution culminating in a cost effective, dynamic, and well executed project. Every project is an opportunity to creatively shape the transaction outcome and to shape our workplace experience for our workers.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

The successful candidate will be an expert communicator. The candidate will be an expert in understanding real estate market, aware on regional construction practices and have an acute eye for leading edge design aesthetic.

YOU BRING

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: Business, Architecture, Interior design, Project Management or related Engineering field

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the corporate real estate sector

- Advanced skills in creating MS PowerPoint presentations and MS Excel spreadsheets

- Experience preparing multi-work stream status reports and managing project issues/risks, and ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical users.

- Proven track record of transaction experience

- Strong interior design, project management and cost management skills

- Management of third-party vendors to execute the design and project delivery

- Experience with workplace strategy solutions

- Proven experience and demonstrated excellence in corporate interior design, workplace strategy initiative, projects management and possess strong influencing skills

- Ability to apply strong business skills and judgment to complex and diverse situations

- Problem solving, analytical skills and decision making

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow the understanding of the business problem driving the solution

- Appropriately seeks advice and counsel for decisions including key stakeholders
