Manager - R&D - Food & Beverages

We are looking one candidate for "R&D Manager" position with one of our client into Bakery/Pasta/Seasoning.

Job Location - Pune

Education: Graduate-Food Tech/Biotech

Required skill set:

1. Incumbent should have very good exposure into new product development and Research and Development activities related to Bakery/Pasta/Seasoning/spices

2. New Product development activities from idea to commercialization

3. Handling compliance & Regulatory as well QA/QC activities.

4. Dealing with other stake holders

5. Incumbent will be responsible for new product development activities from idea generation to till commercialization.

6. To lead the NPD activities include (planning, scheduling, product testing, selection and modification, develop testing procedures .

7. Training and Development to the associates related to the latest trend and technology.
