Manager - R&D - Construction Sealants/Coatings (8-15 yrs)
R&D Manager (Team Handling )role with US based MNC
Keyskills :
- R&D experience of Construction sealants or coatings
- Worked on Sealants preferably silicone, for use in fa-ade, infrastructure, sanitary, and general-purpose applications
- Architectural and roof coatings.
Role :
- Lead a global team of 4-6 chemists to develop new products for the sealants and coatings business segment.
- Work closely with corporate R&D, marketing, commercial, and application developers to identify new product concepts, build a business case, translate CTQs into technical requirements, and deliver sustainable products ahead of the competition.
- Map competitive landscape within Multigenerational product planning MGPP and develop a strategy to maintain a performance advantage in the market.
