Manager - R&D - Chemical & Paints

- Develop suitable and cost effective products as per the OEM specifications

- Identify suitable raw materials and develop specifications of all the raw materials, required to develop paint for OEM and General Industry

- Establish the products at OEM customer's production line, conduct trials and standardize.

- Develop quality plan to ensure proper and consistent quality of the products

- Standardization of new product / Formula on production floor

- Technical solution to troubleshooting batches under problems Responsible for documentation of all product formulation sheets.

- Customer visit and preparation of MIS of the requirements and developments in market

- Ph.D in Paint technology 10- 12 years of experience in the research and development of paint industry

- Good inter-personal skills and Customer Service minded

- Knowledge of IndiaPaint market Fluent inlocal language/dialects.

- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).

- Computer literate including MS Office applications and CRM systems
