We are looking for Manager Formulation R &amp; D for a Pharma Company. 1. Sound understanding of Pharmaceutical R &amp; D process end to end (generic formulation R &amp; D). 2. Extensive experience in the development of Products. 3. Avoid troubleshooter for issues related to multi-particulate drug product development processes. 4. In-depth technical knowledge and experience of almost all laboratory equipment and processes. 5. Proficiency with project management concepts. 6. Strong selling skills, communication &amp; influencing skills. 7. Explores alternatives to reach outcomes that gain acceptance of all parties. 8. Experience in setting up R&amp;D operations, procuring of instruments and technical troubleshooting. JD: 1. End-to-end development of FTFs with global scopes . 2. Involve in setting-up of R&amp;D operations 3. Driving and prioritizing project related activities to bring out best team efficiency 4. Project transfers to production site from multiple development sites 5. Part of activities like lab automation and analytical tracking automation 6. Technical representative in equipment's acquisition process at R&amp;D due to the exceptional understanding of mechanical and technical aspects. 7. Supporting CFTs to understand the formulation perspective. 8. Sharing inputs to Clinical team. 9. Preparing/ review of formulation-related documentation. 10.Risk assessment, planning and execution of exhibit and validation batches.
