Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Manage a team of Trainers &amp; Quality Assurance analysts. - Define and design new hire training models which will provide optimum results in a shorter training and ramp period. - Develop on going refresher training modules for tenured agent's skill enhancement. - Lead strategic initiatives to improve the controllable customer ratings through upskilling of Contact Center agents. - Effectively use statistical methodologies like Lean to reduce NVAs and handoffs in process helping us deliver products faster to the end customer. - Evaluate the existing audit methodology for both Pharmacists and call taking agents, build a more robust methodology to measure the Quality of the Process. - Use a structured reporting methodology to reduce variation in Quality and suggest improvement areas to Operation Managers. What are we looking for in the candidate : - 3-4 years of people management experience preferably leading or managing a quality/training team/function. - Penchant to drive quality raising standards on customer obsession. - Exhibited ability to drive First time right as a culture. - Flexibility in managing operations on demand and ready to get hands dirty by operating at grass root level if need be. - Having led or been a part of Yellow/green belt projects would be plus though not mandatory. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Good to have from premium B Schools) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
