We are looking for candidates with Certification in Master Black Belt/Black belt for Quality & Operational Excellence profile for Manager position.

- Graduate preferably BA/BBA/B.Com/B.Sc(Fin) or Post Graduate MA/MBA/M.Com/M.Sc(Fin) from reputed institute or qualified and semi qualified CA (as applicable)

Job responsibilities :

- Providing guidance to the stakeholders in matters related to polices and processes for the expenses/billing

- Providing Guidance to junior team members ensuring completion on general accounting ledger

- Monitoring and following the monthly timelines for the monthly closures to be completed

- Analyzing the MIS reports as required by the internal stakeholders to adhere to requirments

- Maintaining and scrutinizing accounts and GLs

- Providing guidance to junior team members for timely closure of the Monthly, quarterly and yearly closings

- Providing support and assistance to statutory and internal audit teams.

- Providing support to MI team and management reporting

- Coordination with different financial verticals for closing of pending schedules

- Ensuring 100% compliance while providing guidance to the stakeholders in matters related to polices and processes

- Ensuring adherence to the timelines while working on the monthly, quarterly and yearly closings

- Making sure there are zero errors while preparing the MIS reports as required by the internal Stakeholders by analysing said reports

- Ensuring 100% accuracy while maintaining and scrutinizing the accounts GLs

- Timely completion of performance management reviews

- Ensure engagement job review forms completed on a timely basis

- Attrition key team members in the team

- Timely completion of performance management

- Number of training sessions conducted for team members

- Upward feedback

- Feedback from peers/ direct reports

- Number of regular career conversations

- Evidence of coaching team members

- Ensure zero time lag in communicating incident information to relevant stakeholders

- People Management training attended and learning implemented with teams.
