Manager (Quality shop)

- Ensure the quality of 3C components & Engine are maintained in each stage of the manufacturing process.

- Coordination with production department for manufacturing of quality products.

- Coordinate with maintenance, tool planning, fixture, process engineering and other CFT functions to discuss quality issues and resolve the same.

- Act as a CFT member and give inputs to process design, continual improvement of process, etc

- Ensure the latest revision of control plan, process drawings, gauge drawings are used in manufacturing.

- Ensure customer complaints are handled and addressed effectively as per the Procedures.

- Ensure necessary Corrective actions and preventive [CAPA] are implemented for the non conformance raised during internal and external audits and raised by the Line Incharge during the job setup verification.

- Responsible to achieve all Key quality KPI's in Batch method & SOP condition

- Should know Tamil/ Kannada
