Manager - Quality & Facility Management Mahape

We are looking for a Quality & Facility Management with our client with a global presence based at Mahape.

Job Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Industry : Lubricants

Education : Engineering Graduate + PG

Experience : 4+ year's related experience in an Quality coordination role in Lab, chemical / process industry

Knowledge : Knowledge of Quality management systems ( ISO 9001) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Working Conditions : 9 AM onwards , 5 days

Job Dimensions:

- Responsible for all Quality and Facility Management related topics within TCAP organization

- Coordination with Plant teams on all aspects related to TCAP building facility (Maintenance) .

- There are about 100 equipment installed at TCAP, representing about 150+ active methods.

- Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Representative for TCAP

- Management of Facility Management contractor's Technical team at site

Activities:

1. Coordinator for Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9001)

2. Responsible for training and operational support to all levels in TCAP organization as required by QMS.

3. Ensures all Quality processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across TCAP organization ( Process, procedures, SOP, Risk and Opportunity Registers, etc)

4. Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders for identifying, tracking and achieving Quality & Maintenance KPIs and implement improvement plan.

5. Coordinate and assist in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative and corrective actions for Quality related incidents

6. Timely coordination for QMS certification, Action plan tracking and timely closure

7. Coordination for TCAP Quality survey and presentation of the results.

8. Conduct Internal Audits, disseminate results, Track Action Plan status, conduct Management Review Meets and other meetings as necessary

9. Ensures calibration & maintenance is done for all Utilities, Safety Critical Barriers (SCBs), extraction system. (fume hoods, spot extraction etc.,) and upload the data to SPLIT and CMMS.

10. Contribute to ensure compliance to legislative / regulative requirements for business operations, from Quality and Maintenance perspective

11. Receive, comply with & disseminate inputs / projects from M&S-AP HSEQ/T function, Corporate HSEQ & CRES

12. Monitor energy consumption of TCAP & plan for improvement

13. Monitor the operation of Effluent treatment plant & schedule periodic maintenance

14. Monitor the operations of all utility systems, BMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems and other equipment,

15. Prepare and run Preventive and predictive maintenance schedules via CMMS and monitor performance

16. Coordinate with Various TCAP teams, Plant, Facility Management Team of TCAP and all Contractors / Vendors for executing maintenance activities and ensure facility operates with no down time due to unplanned breakdowns.

17. Coordination with Lubricants plant for QMS and Facility maintenance.

18. Cost control tracking and reporting to ensure improvement in Maintenance related costs.

Accountabilities:

Performance of Quality Management Systems as:

- General awareness of employee on Quality subjects like 5S, Calibration, Performance management, Monitoring and Measurement etc.

- Actions taken on internal /external audit findings, Quality Surveys,

- Coordinator for Principles no.5 & 6 of One Maestro CR-GR-HSE-001
