Job description :

Responsibilities :

Quality Control :

- Establish and implement robust quality control procedures to ensure all products manufactured in India meet the brand's high-quality expectations.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions when needed.

- Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to address quality concerns and drive overall product quality improvement.

Logistics Management :

- Coordinate the timely and accurate packing and dispatch of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with transportation partners and customs agents to streamline import/export processes, optimize logistics routes, and minimize costs.

- Track shipments, resolve logistics-related issues, and provide clear and concise communication to the UK team regarding order status and any potential delays.

Supplier Relationship Management :

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure their understanding of our quality expectations and delivery requirements.

- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations, addressing concerns and fostering continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2-14 years of relevant experience in quality control and logistics management, preferably within the sports equipment or consumer goods industry.

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills, as you will report directly to the Head of Production.
