Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a quality management ecosystem based on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, tailored to the unique needs of our Audit, Tax, Consulting, IT, Innovation and HR services.
- Define key metrics to track and report on quality performance, including customer satisfaction, audit findings, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and our firm's policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the identification of root causes of quality issues and lead the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, working closely with the MAI leadership team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements,
with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery.
- Develop and deliver quality training programs to increase awareness and understanding of quality principles and practices among our staff, including auditors, tax professionals, consultants, IT, Innovation and HR team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of quality across the organization and enhance our reputation in the market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies, and their application in the context of Audit, Tax, and Consulting services preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, tailored to the unique needs of a professional services firm.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements, with a focus on enhancing service quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in an Audit, Tax, and Consulting firm or a related industry is preferred
