Manager - Quality - Electronics Company

- A leading MNC which involved in manufacturing of electronics components is looking for Manager or Sr Manager for Quality for its location in Chennai [Sriperumbudur].

- Establish quality systems, testing methods & procedures for ensuring component quality.

- Establish quality systems, procedures & training methods for ensuring components quality & supplier quality systems.

- Implement initiatives for improving productivity & quality across all functions of the organization. Ensure compliance with the customer requirements, Company Policies, Company values, Statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management & Environmental Management Systems.

- Effectively interacts with cross function teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products

- Ensuring required updates are made to customer on time.

- Handling of customer rejections & field reduction complaints

- Production Quality tests as per the Customer Specifications & Product design standards.

- Ensuring the periodic samples are sent to R&D and Customer to verify product and Process quality

Desired Profile :

- 35-45 Years with BE (EEE/ECE)

- 10 to 15 years of experience in similar industry

- Hands on experience in reputed manufacturing organisation either from Electronic manufacturing (EMS) concern or an auto component industry in Automation maintenance.

- Good knowledge in ISO systems. MR experience is preferred and automation with EMS background
