Manager - Quality Control
- Responsible for Construction material testing & Inspection of site activities
- Coordination with third party testing laboratories interaction and coordination with client and consultants
- Responsible for establishing concrete mix design in the project
- Responsible for implementing organizations QMS the Projects
- Responsible for preparation & implementation of project specific Quality Plan (PQP).
- Responsible for preparation & implementation of project specific method statements for various construction activities
- Establishment & operation of site quality laboratory
- Responsible for the inspections of incoming raw materials & all the construction activities.
- Responsible for maintaining the records of all calibrations in valid condition for all measuring and monitoring equipment.
- Formulation & finalization of all mix designs required for the project in coordination with client / consultant
- Responsible for all material approvals from client / consultant
- Control of non-conforming product and suggestion of corrective actions
- Responsible for maintaining all quality documentation like Material approvals, material inspection reports, request for inspection and approvals (RIA), process inspection checklists, method statements, manufacturer's test certificates (MTC) and third-party laboratory reports etc.
- Conducting trainings and toolbox talks on various aspects of construction to inculcate quality awareness in project team and workmen.
- Responsible for the production quality of batching plant
- Responsible for reporting quality performance of the project on a monthly basis
- Liaising with client and third-party laboratories
