Manager - Quality Control (5-10 yrs)
Role specifications
- Guarantee validity of test results for incoming and outgoing materials including launches
- Expertise in Quality control field, communicate with stakeholders or other plants, if needed
- Train lab teams (within the cluster) and help them to resolve their daily problems
- Review specifications and make necessary preparations for inspection
- Problem solving for quality problems occurred in production
- Prepare and present monthly quality report
- Manage Quality control resources and new equipment purchasing including budgeting
- Preparation for new launches (review and enter specification of RM/PM, bulk and FG in database, defect board for production, inspection tooling, and training)
- Issue NC report for PM/PM/Bulk/FG and ensure effectiveness of action of closure
- Develop, follow and meet internal Quality targets for improvement
- Ensure compliance to QMS/EMS/GMP/legal and regulatory requirements
- Work with production, supplier and related department for the customer complaint investigation and action plan
- Actively participate using experience in development, implementation and follow-up of internal quality system
