We have been retained by our client, to assist in recruiting the following position

Position: Manager Quality

Location: Ditasan (Near Mehsana) Gujarat

Job Description :

- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with specific standards at both national and international level.

- Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update.

- Ensure that quality related records are established and maintained to provide evidence.

- Specifying quality requirements of raw/outsource materials with suppliers.

- Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.

- Analyse data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This shall include data generated as a result.

- Determining, negotiating and agreeing with in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.

- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information of in-house & customer complaints.

- Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and revaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.

- Regularly review Quality Objectives for measuring the performance of the QMS.

- Conduct product & process audit at selected supplier end as well in the house.

- Weekly review & monitor quality complaint & identify root cause to eliminate.
