Manager - Quality Assurance - Inside Sales Team - EduTech (4-8 yrs)
Manager - Quality Assurance - EdTech
- We're looking for experienced Quality Managers for our inside sales team.
- You should ideally have 4-5 years of relevant experience; any training experience is an advantage.
Your job responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to) :
- Listening sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation
- Monitor operators product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure
- Uses a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Prepare quality reports for team leaders, managers & leadership teams
- Work on Continual process improvement therefore set new process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and internal smooth process
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
- Perform PIP calibration sessions
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 4-8 years experience preferably in Ed-Tech or BPO/ITES industry (Strictly Sales)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective listening and comprehension ability is must
- Impressive Stakeholder management skills
- Problem Solving approach & Business acumen
