Manager - Quality Assurance - FMCG

- Driving implementation of all relevant quality related SOPs/Guidelines/Protocols through coordination with various departments.

- Driving implementation and sustenance of all relevant standards and management systems (like FSMS, FSSAI Sch. 4, ISO 22K, FSSC 22K, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000/OHSAS 18000, GMP, etc.) in the work area.

- Driving delivery of Quality KPIs/targets in line with the requirements of the organization.

- Conducting structured periodic review of Company's internal SOPs/Guidelines/Protocols, driving closure of identified gaps through coordination with team members and timely escalation (if required).

- Facilitating smooth execution of all relevant Internal and External Audits as per defined frequencies.

- Driving the Internal Audit Program through coordination with team members.

- Driving periodic assessments of Unit's Service Providers & Vendors in accordance with the defined Vendor Development Program.

- Coordination with all departments for tracking closure of defined action plans against all internal and external audits and timely escalation (if required).

- Carrying out daily plant rounds to monitor Unit's compliance towards SOP/GMP/GHK requirements.

- Analysis of raw materials, DM Water and online blend samples at defined frequencies.

- Analysis of Dry Goods at defined frequencies.

- Carrying out EOL and internal FGWA at defined frequencies.

- Facilitating trend analysis, RCA and CAPA to minimize defects in finished goods.

- Driving compliance to the documentation and record keeping requirements of the organization.

- Driving the internal and external calibration regime of the Unit.

- Driving adherence to the internal and external testing regime.

- Driving periodic review of Legal Register and timely escalation of identified gaps.

- Driving the Unit's Training Program through coordination with all departments.

- Carrying out checks as per 'Daily QA Report' and reporting the same on daily basis.

- Monthly and Half Yearly reporting of QSE related KPIs.

- Half yearly reporting of Key Minimum Requirement adherence
