About the Company : An American Fashion and Lifestyle Company

Objective:

- Responsible for handling global projects related to continuous process improvement for Quality vertical in Apparel industry.

- Will be responsible for QA Process Improvement, Process Enhancement.

- Responsible to document relevant information related to Quality programs for management purview & process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engage with QA leadership, QA Leads, Cross Functional Teams and Vendor teams to define solution strategy, requirements, solution approach, and business benefits, delivery timeframes and project resources.

- Build an effective project management, development and quality assurance processes and standards in line with the company's corporate program delivery framework.

- Lead and/ or provide support in business case development and benefit realization tracking.

- Communicate progress throughout QA function utilizing knowledge transfer platform (Business Process Management, Training Material, News bulletin, etc.).

- Deliver on project solutions to meet the business goals by providing support in prioritization, project management, delivery planning and approach, solution design, project execution and solution deployment/ rollout.

- Work with QA leaders to analyze business processes, identify areas of improvement and drive process & system change across the division.

- Prepare and present executive summary of project approach/ solution, progress, issues/ risks, results, hindsight, etc. and engage in various project steering meetings.

- Assist with project evaluations and assessment of results.

Required Skillset:

- 8+ years in business consulting or in driving business transformation projects.

- Excellent track record of directly managing and implementing large scale projects in complex, world-class organizations.

- Experience in leading and facilitating business requirements and solution design (experience with apparel business preferred)

- Experience in business process re-engineering, design and implementation.

- Experience in business case development and benefits realization tracking.

- Apparel or supply chain background (preferred).
