Manager - Quality Assurance - BPO (5-10 yrs)
Manager QA RCM
- Must possess a Graduate degree. Life sciences degree would be an added advantage
- US Healthcare RCM Provider/Lab/DME , Experience of at least 5-10 years
- Must have managed a team of about 10+ QAs
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of 7 QC tools
- Employment stability in previous organizations
- Client & CRM interfacing experience
- Communication finesse as this would be a client facing role
Desirable :
- Six Sigma Green belt trained / certified
- Medical Coding certification would be a plus
