Manager - Quality Assurance - Architectural Product Firm (2-5 yrs)
- Establish quality systems, procedures and tools across the organization and suppliers
- Drive specifications for Raw Material, Finished goods and Packaging
- Work with suppliers to establish quality processes
- Investigate quality failures and drive corrective actions
- Lead customer complaint forum and implement solutions
- Supplier evaluation, on boarding, audits and score carding
- Support concern stakeholders to establish POKA-YOKE approach in Designing, NPD, Production, Supply chain and Installation
- Ensure the products comply with the required quality standards.
Skills and Abilities -
- Exposure in NPD, supplier quality performance monitoring, and process audits. Good understanding of Engineering drawings and their interpretation.
- Must possess good knowledge and hands-on in PPAP elements like Technical review, control plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA,
- Experience in problem solving. Seven QC tools, Statistical Engineering and/or Six Sigma approach
Education -
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
