Manager - Qualitative Research/Nielson/IMRB - Consumer Marketing Division - eCommerce
Looking forward to hiring for the role of Manager Qualitative research, in the consumer marketing division of a leading ecommerce company, based in Bangalore.
The Role : -
- Being the consumer champion in the system, bringing forth and reinforcing consumer centricity at every stage in the consumer journey.
- Developing and evolving consumer persona's with constant interaction with users, prospects, rejectors, and other segments.
- Generating consumer insights and actionable inputs from the qualitative perspective, developing an always-on research practice in the system.
- In-sourcing qualitative research practices working closely with field agencies.
- Supporting organizational expansion by generating market-specific insights.
About you : -
- Obsessive about consumer behavior and psychology.
- Hands-on subject matter expert
- Balances both the academic and the commercial aspects to develop business solutions.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Loves traveling. The job will require extensive traveling.
Experience and qualifications: -
- 2+ years of qualitative market research experience from qualitative research organizations, like Nielson, IMRB, TNS etc. with respected market research companies.
- May have worked on a good variety of brands, preferably a mix of FMCG and BFSI.
