Manager - Purchase - FMCG (7-10 yrs)
- Handling procurement of imported & Indian equipment viz refrigerated, Hot equipment, dishwasher glass washer, Cold room, coffee machine & fabricated equipment.
- Responsible for Sourcing activity at Group level for the specified categories of items. Finalize rate contracts as applicable at Corporate.
- Develop appropriate Sourcing Strategy incl. E-Tendering.
- Manage and constantly evaluate vendor New product vendor development.
- Implement procurement strategy and policies .
- Import : Documentation & execution Marketing vendor contract finalization.
- Part of Tender committee.
- Tender initiation for capex & operational stocks. Logistics management.
- Facility Management, Security, Leasing, Repair & Maintenance, AMC, Office stationary items contract Training vendor finalization.
- Responsible for purchase of types of equipment for commissary. Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
- Lead the procurement group in all phases. Approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Preparing & maintenance of MIS.
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships E-Tender to bring in transparency.
- Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
- Planning & implementation of cold supply chain for the temperature controlled food products.
- Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new food products.
Salary offered: 10-12LPA
