POSITION - Manager Purchase - GA Saarc

LOCATION:- Gurgaon

CTC : 30L- 35L p. a ( approx ), depending upon current CTC, designation, education & experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

This position will be responsible to handle all GA / HR procurement activities for Organisation subsidiaries in Saarc region which includes Nepal, Sri lanka, Bangladesh.

- Coordinate extensively with regional GA / HR spoc for the procurement process.

- Process all procurement requests for non-marketing expenses for saarc region.

- Negotiate requests for annual contracts including but not limited to travel, employee transport, catering, facility management, security services, stationery, courier services housekeeping, AMC, cab rentals etc.

- Negotiate requests for goods and services required for daily operations including office supplies.

- Manage real estate lease agreements, maintenance, and other infra related contracts.

- Vendor management in bidding and quotation management system (BQMS). Identify and evaluate sources of goods or services procurement that are specific to the category

- Coordinate with regional teams for the evaluation of supplier's performance.

- Implementation of controls/checks to ensure all procurement activities route through BQMS system - Comply with purchasing process defined in the Group's regulations and Ethics Charter.

- Prepare and circulate monthly MIS.

Necessary Skills / Attributes:-

- Commerce / Finance Graduate. CA/ICWA/ MBA (will be an added advantage)

- 8-10 Years of procurement experience in admin and HR services in MNC / Similar Industry

- Excellent excel & presentation skills

- Strong drive for results

- Good interpersonal skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy - Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

- Valid Passport
