Role Responsibilities:

- Oversee the organization and execution of promotional events and trade shows.
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
- Develop and maintain the company's online presence through SEO and content optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and marketing roles.
- Proven track record in developing successful PR campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing marketing teams.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
