Manager - Public Relation & Media Relations - Media (10-12 yrs)

Looking for: Manager - PR & Media Relations,

Reporting to: Head of corporate communications

Span: Corporate and all business verticals under the parent company

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Experience: 10-12 years, independently handling brand and businesses. Should have strong network with journalists and media houses. An expert at generating PR opportunities in national dailies as well as on digital platforms. A stint as a journalist with a reputation national daily is an added advantage.

Desired Qualification:

Graduate with a post-graduation degree specialization in Journalism or Marketing.

Key Competencies:

Flawlessly written and spoken communications, Strong network with media, has handled crises in recent past, ability to multi-task and result oriented. Self-motivated with an outstanding vision.

Key responsibilities:

- As lead PR will be driving PR to maximize reputation, drive business objectives and increase market share

- Build a corporate narrative along with the Communications Head and ensure business communications is consistent with the corporate one

- Strategic development and execution of proactive PR and communication plan

- Proactively pitch for stories and ensure coverage in relevant media

- Crises Management and ensure that brand reputation and license to operate is protected at all times

- Will be the council for PR related activity to the senior leadership.

- Conduct workshops and media training before key media engagements

- Develop fact sheets, media messages, and statistics to ensure all information is available at hand

- Proactive media outreach and develop strong relations with key journalists across each of our business vertical.

Salary offered: 10-18LPA
