Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives to support company's vision of connecting people with opportunities.
- Interface, consult and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams across the company.
- Drive positive stories across a broad range of media, including for policy-makers, consumers, business, and industry/ trade.
- Support and manage the creation of press materials and customer/partner reference programs.
- Organize press briefings, media sessions, and events, as required.
- Prepare briefing materials and manage executive spokespeople
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Skills Required :
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Post-Graduate or professional degrees preferred.
- 5-7 years professional experience (with a think-tank/consulting firm/ research/public-affairs/PR agency or on the client's side)
- Fluent in English with exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
