Manager - Proposal Writing - BPO/ITeS (5-6 yrs)
- Managing RFP process, systems, processes, and database
- Builds database and systems for standard RFP responses
- Establish and maintain proposal schedule, compliant outline, and compliance matrix (as necessary)
- Gathers and submits RFP questions
- Plans and leads kickoff sessions, status meetings
- Manage and maintain sales data in sales (CRM) and other software programs
- Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data accuracy
- Assist Sales Leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection
- Create and maintain sales SOP and our sales playbook
Specific Skills Required :
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, business communications, and/or marketing.
- 2+ years of experience managing content with RFP content management/automation software
- 2+ years- experience managing sales automation software; Salesforce; Oracle Sales Cloud etc.
- Deep knowledge and experience leading sales analytics, report building, pipeline deal flow and management.
- Strong team player and collaborator of ideas that enhance overall client solution sets
- Understands audience communication needs and translates messages appropriately.
- Generates creative and innovative solutions to problems; open to exploring new solutions
- Creates high impact commercial proposals and RFP responses that convey accurate product and offer information, and persuasively convey the business value to the customer
- Writes, edits and proofreads proposal content such as product overviews and develops client specific responses to Request for Proposals and questionnaires.
- Creates new proposal content blocks as required to support evolving business and product updates. Regularly works with SMEs to author, establish, refresh and load new and/or expire old content within the RFP database
- Organizes, tracks, and updates a library of RFI, RFP, and proposal content so that it continually reflects our company's most current business model, solutions, and client messaging.
- Catalogs communications content to use as exhibits supporting proposal responses.
- Identifies content from recent RFP responses and proposals to augment or update database content
