Manager - Proposal Management - Pharma/Healthcare/Life Science

Responsibilities



- Facilitate Pre-Sales discoveries and pre-qualify Bids

- Analyze customers' functional and technical requirements in the RFP, RFQ

- Assess the fitment of customers' solution/ technology needs by mapping to the solutions technology;

- Coordinate with Business Development, Solutions/IT, Infra and PMO teams for the solution & technical design and project implementation plan

- Work with third-parties to incorporate their solutions and technology into the overall solution design

- Carry out the Costing and Pricing for the proposals as per company guidelines

- Work closely with the sales team in the creation of proposals that present technologically compelling and economically viable propositions to customer

- Support in the delivery of presentations, demos and delivery of Proofs of Concept

- Work together with the Sales, Solutions/IT and PMO for Negotiations and Contracting including Sub-contracting

Skills & Experience



- 12+ years of overall experience with a software company and last 2-3 years in proposal management

- Experience in Healthcare sector (providers and payers) is preferred

- Competent in enterprise-grade applications, information technology with track record of working on projects

- Insight on technical architectures, IT products, product positioning with techno-functional consulting;

- Ability to operate independently and as a team player
