Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Personable and genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
- Quick learner and interested in expanding real estate industry knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively multi-task.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effectively work autonomously.
- Minimum 3-year property management/leasing experience
- Experience with 421-A, J-51 component; experience with variety of subsidies including Section 8, SOTA, HRA, City FHEPS, etc.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in preparing lease agreements and legal documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Understanding of financial concepts and ability to manage rental income and expenses.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property leasing or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of leasing procedures, rental laws, and fair housing regulations.
- Experience with Yardi and Monday.com
