Manager - Property Acquisition - Retail (7-15 yrs)
Manager - Property Acquisition (Leading Retail Company) (Hyderabad/ Bangalore)
Role:
- Responsible for identification, evaluation and acquisition of properties for opening of new supermarkets
- Good understanding of the local market and the local language
- Undertake market researches to understand property markets/ market prices etc on an updated basis
- Meeting with local Developers/Builders/Landlords to acquire the Property, Negotiating the deal
- Creating a valid databse and pipe line for relevant properties for business
- Good understanding of documentation for transactions
Requirements:
- 7-15 yrs of experience
- Should have good knowledge of the local market and the local language
- Should have contacts with local developers/ builders/ landlords/ brokers
- Awareness of local bylaws with respect to Property rules prevailing in the City
- Ideally someone with experience in the Retail/ QSR Industry
Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore
