Manager - Projects - Pharma (12-23 yrs)
Urgent Vacancy for the position of Manager Projects with Leading Pharma Company
Location - Nigeria (Africa)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure preparation of conceptual design and plant layout in co-ordination with consultant and internal stake holder.
- Assist and coordinate the development and continuous improvement of the site strategy and design for manufacturing of tablets and liquids.
- Coordinating with government authorities for Factory licence and other statutory regulatory licences.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of the project in accordance with the local laws.
- Request quotations from vendors for material and machinery's required as per BOM and negotiating with the vendors to get the best price.
- Prepare comparative quotes in line with budget and present to the management for approval
- Maintain records of all quotations, Purchase orders, amendments, invoice and receipts related to the project.
- Manage and escalate risks to key site deliverables in terms of KPI and key strategic site projects and initiatives.
- Weekly reporting to the senior management on the progress of the project.
