Manager - Projects - Civil & Infra

Reports to Director, Global Projects

Job Profile :

- The incumbent will be responsible for driving and executing various Infrastructure Projects in South Asia.

- The responsibility would include building new Factories, Warehouses, and other Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain quality as per the required plan and standards.

- Proper estimation and budgeting of the project

- Statutory approvals/ Tendering / Bidding process including:

Execution of :

- Shortlisting of probable Bidders viz: Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Vendors

- Negotiations of Cost, Terms & Conditions with Bidders

- Delivery of the activities of the project as per the project plan.

- Identifying issues and risks with recommendation of mitigation plans.

- Reporting to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

- Demonstrate high level Project Management competencies and techniques and a good track record of successful delivery of Infrastructure projects.

Qualification :

- Engineering with 10 years +

- Strong MS Projects, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Visio, skills, etc.

- Negotiation and presentation skills coupled with good leadership traits.

- Managing internal stake holders and external relationships.
