This position is responsible for leading the designing of the new stores in ways that maximizes the use of the space available and ensures it meets the operational and marketing needs of the organization.  - Synchronize operating needs with marketing image, and work with contractors to create the design.  - Ensure the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standards.  - Monitor the preparation of project schedules, bids, and proposals.  - Ensure that design quality and design directives are followed.  - Ensure that the store layout is meeting customer expectations.  - Ensure that project goal are met and adhering to approved budgets.  - Collaborating with other departments to understand their requirements.  - Delegating and reviewing team assignments.  - Create innovative designs, drafts, or presentations.  - Ensure that the reporting staffs are performing their tasks properly.  - Report to the new store operations executive about the developments in the setting up of the store.  Skills required :  - Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills  - Excellent design and aesthetic skills  - Time management  - Enterprising team-player with the ability to manage group workflow  - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
