Manager - Project Management - Pharma (5-15 yrs)

Position : Project Management

Location : Chennai

Job Profile :

- Prepares and monitors project timelines

- Prepares and circulates status reports

- Prepares cost and time estimates

- Tracks cost and time for projects involved

- Maintains relationship with client, development team, and the implementation team

- Provides regular status updates to Management and client

- Analyses risks well in advance and raises alarm

- Understands the products of Incarnus (Arcus, Arcus Air, Arcus Lie, etc)

- Demonstrates different modules to clients and prospective clients

- Collects requirements from different departments in the hospital

- Documents the requirements as per the standard templates

- Gets sign offs from the client for business requirements documents

- Explains business requirements to technical teams

- Conducts demos, trainings, User Acceptance Tests,

- Adheres to company processes and policies

- Independently takes responsibility of multiple projects

Any Other Important Detail: (Key Skills) :

- Should be a graduate or postgraduate in engineering in any discipline.

- Should have 10 to 18 years of experience in Healthcare IT domain.

- Sound knowledge in Hospital Workflows and Hospital information systems.

- Experience in hospital IT would be an added advantage

- Should be able to understand the Hospital business across different geographies.

- Strong in written and oral communication skills.

- Should be able to adopt to company's processes

- Should be a team player.

- Should be able to manage team both offshore & onsite.

- Must be ready for domestic and international travels at short notice.

Junior Project Manager :

Must have experience in Healthcare IT industry

- Should have experience in understanding the healthcare terminology

- Must have minimal experience in Project Management

- Must have experience in customer engagement

- Should have experience in Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)

- Must have strong knowledge or skills in MS Office applications. Viz., MS Excel, MS Word, PPT and other minimal project management utilities

- Experience in JIRA is additional advantage

- Should be aware of all phases of the project

Personal Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good problem solving skills

- Good teamwork skills

- Good judgment

- Ability to work with minimal direction

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree Required or 5 years of related experience Req Or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
