Manager - Project Management Office - Pharma/Manufacturing

- Minimum Bachelors in Engineering, Pharmacy or Post Graduate in Engineering / Chemistry or a Degree in Business

- 10+ years of experience in the industry with specific exposure to project management or delivery management in the sterile pharmaceutical industry

- PMP Certificate is mandatory

Responsibilities :

- With the acknowledgement of the project, to prepare a detailed project timeline plan using appropriate project tracking tools, manufacturing and Business owners to assign a cost and time schedule to each project, in line with the project approval.

- Devise implementation plan, evolve with a contingency plan and interact with the team for risk identification, plan for mitigation and implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Debottlenecking initiatives to improve the project life cycle.

- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing all the assigned projects of Engineering. A central point of contact at operations with for smooth execution of projects. Accountable for obtaining the expected results of the programs under his/her responsibility

- Drive the supplier management by monitoring the various suppliers providing services to the program and notifying the program manager of supplier performance issues

- Conduct regular project review meetings to monitor and control projects progress with respect to scope, time and cost; Engage stakeholders, identify and delegates action items; follow-up/track action items to resolution; updates project plans & deliverables, as required

- Develop and maintain the knowledge databank of technical and functional outputs of the projects

- Exposure to complete project life cycle - designing, detailing, project procurement, construction management till project handover as per cGMP, regulatory and customer requirements.

- Project planning, scheduling and tracking using MSP (Microsoft Project); and preparing monthly progress reports

- Work with team to purchase or request needed supplies, equipment or services within budgets or limits set by upper-level management or the organization.

- Report progress of work, goals, problems and other issues to supervisors, upper-level management or boards of directors or committees responsible for oversight
