Manager - Project Management - MS Dynamics - CRM

We have urgent job opening in Gurgaon for Manager Role

General Qualifications:

- Degree educated (or equivalent) in Information Technology (BE/ Computer Science or MBA)

- PMP/ Scrum Certification will be preferred

- 8+ years of overall experience

- Worked on MS Dynamics CRM platform for the past 3 years atleast.

- Proficient in .Net, Java, Excel, Word, Visio and MS Project

Experience:

- Should have 8-10 years of IT experience in solution delivery and min 4-5 yrson CRM platforms Project/Operations Manager for handling IT Infrastructure

- Should have good knowledge on cloud infrastructure - servers/compute, storage, etc.

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web or cloud technologies

- Should have good people management skills and should have experience in managing team of people (vendors).

- Experience on MS Dynamics development and integrations across Sales, Service, Operations & Campaign implementation. SFDC experience or any other CRM experience form a development and rollout stand point is an added advantage.

- Proactive, self-driven & motivated

- Needs to be on top of market trends in this domain (CRM)

- Has to have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive adoptability of the CRM platform amongst various sales leaders

- Analytical, eye for detail, problem solving approach

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and stretch.

- Demonstrated experience with leadership / team coordination.
