- We need someone closely associated with government projects / Social work / NGO Programmes in the field managing a programme or project;

Key roles and responsibilities :

- Keeping the government officials informed and updated about the progress at all times

- Ensuring government buy-in to scale up the product by preparing usage reports highlighting impact on students- learning levels

- Securing required approvals from the relevant officials during implementation

- Giving inputs on the policies that the government is making around ICT

- Meeting new State government officials to start a program

- Communicating with donors/funders and answering their queries

- Interacting with various members inside organization, inside government, outside government to become an external brand ambassador

- Ensuring the team is recruited for the district - District Coordinators, Supervisors

- Maintaining attendance of the team

- Regular monitoring of schools for usage of our product in schools

- Ensuring payment invoices are submitted on time and on regular basis

- Travel at least for 15 days in a month for school monitoring

- Write regular updates, click photos, videos, and develop case studies in the field for promoting project in social media.

Desired Profile: 

- Must have worked in rural development field/NGO/Government Aided Projects with bent to Education (Schools Projects)

- Post Graduate / MBA in Rural Management

- 3 to 5 years of experience
