Manager - Project Finance/Debt Syndication

One of the Advisory Firm, provide a bouquet of services in the areas of Investment Banking, Project Finance, Fund Raising, Private Equity, Syndication, Restructuring and Corporate Finance Advisory with Domestic and Overseas partners.

Candidate's Desired profile:

- Must have financial analysis, project appraisal, and deal analysis experience with an IB, Merchant bank or any other financial services company, Exposure to Financial Analysis

- Ability to see & interpret Financial Statements

Key Responsibility Area:

Manager will be responsible for overall BD & execution of debt syndication, PE, M&A, fund raising transactions. Will have following main responsibilities:

- Business development across sectors & stages of companies including lead generation, meeting & pitching clients etc.

- Project appraisal

- Preparing information memorandums, investor presentation etc.

- Fund raising - Equity/Debt

- Client coordination & interaction

- Interaction with Banks & Financial institution for fund raising & other formalities
